5 Tips for a Summer Body Glow






I know you're looking for ways to get that bomb summer body glow. As a makeup artist, I'm tuned into to skin care because the makeup is only as good as the skin it sits on. And while most people focus on the skin on our face, sometimes we neglect the skin on our bodies.

Did you know that the skin on our bodies is structurally different than our face so we must use products designed for the body? And did you know that our skin is the largest organ in our bodies?

Here are a few tips to help you get that Summer Time Fine body glow:

🌟 Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Your skin is the last to be hydrated from your water consumption, so stay hydrated to get radiant and clear skin.

🌟 Exfoliate your body 2-3x per week. Get rid of the dead skin cells so your body products can penetrate through your skin barriers.

🌟 Moisturize your body with a water based cream or lotion immediately after your shower. Dry your body using a blotting/tapping motion.

🌟 Seal in that moisture with a butter or oil based product. Check out some of my favorites here

🌟 Don't forget your sunscreen and reapply as needed. Remember to use an SPF of 30+
